2. Manufacturing Defects
We commit to delivering products in optimal condition. However, if you receive an item with a clear manufacturing defect, you must:

• The product must be unused, unaltered, and retain all original tags and packaging.

Claims after 24 hours from delivery will be the customer's responsibility, with no place for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

• Products showing signs of use, stains, alterations, or damage

• Products with opened or incomplete packaging

• Claims made after the 24-hour reporting period

4. Authorized Exchanges (Exceptional Cases)
Exchanges are only authorized for verified factory defects and within 24 hours of delivery. We do not accept exchanges for:
