1. Manufacturing Defects
   We commit to delivering products in optimal condition. However, if you receive your order with an obvious manufacturing defect, you must:

• Ensure the product has not been used or altered and retains all original tags and packaging

Claims reported after 24 hours will be the customer's responsibility, with no possibility of claim, exchange, or return.

1. Exclusions
   Claims, returns, or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Products showing signs of use, stains, alterations, or damage

• Products with opened or incomplete packaging

• Damage reported after 24 hours of delivery

• Underwear or other hygiene-related items that do not permit review

• Damage caused by improper handling or conditions external to shipping

1. Authorized Exchanges (Exceptional Cases)
   Exchanges are only allowed for verified manufacturing defects and must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. We do not allow:

• Size exchanges
